After you have found the item you were looking for, you can place the desired item in your shopping cart by clicking on "Add to cart". You can then continue shopping, or go directly to your shopping cart.
In the shopping cart you will find an overview of all the items you have placed in your shopping cart. The total amount can also be found here.
Is everything correct? Click on "Checkout" to complete your order. You will be asked to log in to your account, or if you do not have an account yet, to register.
Please note! The items in your shopping cart are not reserved for you.
Shortly after placing your order you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order number. We will also send you an email when your shipment leaves our warehouse. In this email you will receive a tracking code, so you can track your package on the way.
It may have been blocked by the spam filter of your email program. We recommend that you check the spam filter settings and adjust them if necessary. If you are unable to do so, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
Did you order the wrong item, do you want another product or do you want to change your address? No problem, as long as your order is not yet packed, you can cancel your order. Just contact us by phone.
Bijenhof always tries to offer a sharp price. It is therefore important to inform us of the competitive price via email (desk@bijenhof.be).
Products that are not available are indicated as such on the product page. When the products are not available you can always send us an email to know the delivery time. Because this is new in our system it is possible that there are still goods on "available" that are not in stock. Of course we do our very best to keep our website up to date. The products that are not in stock will be shipped as soon as they are available.
An order will be delivered within 1 to 5 working days. It may take longer during the busy period (March - August). If something is out of stock, we cannot guarantee this period. If your package is urgent please contact us via webshop@bijenhof.be.

If you are not satisfied, we are not happy! But if the product is not what you expected, you can return it.
If the goods were wrongly delivered by us, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
Of course we always like to hear what the reason for returning is so that we can improve our service and advise you if necessary.
You will be refunded the amount of the wrong article including the paid shipping costs to return.
You are not satisfied, but you have ordered correctly? Then you will have to pay the costs of returning from your home to the shop.

Bijenhof tries to keep the photos up to date as much as possible. It is possible that the photo on the site does not correspond with the delivered goods. If certain elements are not included in the price of the article, we will not be able to supply or send them to you. If you still wish to receive these goods, you must order and pay for them separately.

Mollie is PCI DSS certified. This indicates the level at which we regulate the security of transactions for customers and consumers.
Our payment methods are:
iDeal works directly with 10 major banks in the Netherlands: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triosos bank and van Lanschot. After you as a consumer have chosen iDeal as your payment method, your own bank will be selected. The actual payment will then take place in the familiar environment of your bank's website. In this environment the bank guarantees security. Buyer and seller are assured of a transparent transaction, without hidden costs.
In just a few clicks you can make a payment via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal balance. All you need is a PayPal account.
SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area. With SEPA, transfers can be made from any European payment account to any other European payment account. If you want to pay via a SEPA transfer, you will receive the payment details directly on your screen or by e-mail. Next, you transfer the amount from your online banking environment, when it suits you best. Instead of having to manually transfer the payment details, we offer the possibility to generate a QR code with which the payment can be made via an app. This reduces the chance of errors because the payment data is ready in the app after scanning.
If you do not use a QR code and accidentally make an error when filling in the payment details, we will automatically refund the transaction to you.
When customers choose to pay via SOFORT Banking, they are redirected to the online banking environment of SOFORT Banking. Here they choose their country of origin and their bank. They log in with the data they also use for their own online banking environment and are shown an overview of their accounts. They then choose the account from which they want to make the payment. Once the payment has been confirmed, customers are sent back to the website.
Bancontact uses a physical card linked to credit in a Belgian bank account. The card can be used for both online and offline payments. Payments are guaranteed and immediately confirmed.
When you choose KBC/CBC as your payment method, you then select your own bank, KBC or CBC. You will then be redirected to the familiar online banking environment, where the payment details are already available. You then have the choice to confirm the payment with a card reader or by taking over the payment with the app by scanning a QR code. Payment is guaranteed as soon as confirmed, allowing orders to be processed immediately.
When making a payment via the Belfius Pay Button, the customer can make the payment via internet banking or the smartphone app. When paying via the app, a QR code is scanned, with which the payment details are filled in immediately and the transaction only has to be sent. Via Belfius Direct Net the customer uses a card reader to confirm the payments.
For customers, paying with Home'Pay is very easy. You select the Home'Pay payment method in your shop or app and then log into your Home'Bank or Business'banking environment with the ING Card Reader. The connection is via the secure connection of the online banking environment and is therefore 100% secure. You select the account with which you want to pay and then all you have to do is check the data and authorise the payment. When the process is completed, payment is guaranteed.
